Overview

Precisely governmance is the core to sustainable development of a company. Unitedmetaltek applies modern company governmance mode. Members in board of directors and supervisors are nominated by that of shareholders, the operating officers in charge of the business governmance are nominated by board of directors and supervised by the board of supervisors. Under this mode, a well ordered and scientific governmance mechanism structured by power authority, decision-making authority, supervising authority and the enterprise's governmance teams comes into being. The constitution of Unitedmetaltek Unitedmetaltek Company Law promotes the construction of systems.

Unitedmetaltek hopes to be an enterprise top in social value and voluntary to claim the responsibility. In the enterprise's governmance, the company carries out three company construction aims, four governmance measurement scale, five codes of conduct, with which a scientific, people-oriented governmance system has been established, a corporate culture of trust, criterion and innovation has been formed. Meanwhile, another great program Green Dream has been planed by Unitedmetaltek.

Governmance Concept

Three company construction aims:
to building Unitedmetaltek into a learning, innovation, and service oriented enterprise through absolutely compliance with govermance policy.
Four governmance measurement scale:
to be demanding in the enterprise's governmance, which will ultimately show on sales revenue. The four scales is intensity on teamwork, enforceability on work, deep awareness on quality and high awareness on service.
Five codes of conduct:
People in Unitedmetaltek fully comply with the codes of conduct. We take all the challenge, promote the development of our company and benefit our society. No hesitation of difficulty, no buckpassing of responsibility, no discount on enforcement, no conflict but difference, no loose but relaxing Unitedmetaltek codes of conduct.

Scientific and people-oriented governmance system

Unitedmetaltek has been approved by (ISO9001:2000) quality governmance system, (ISO140012004) environment governmance system and (OHSAS18001) Occupational Health and Security Governmance System, which offers security assurance for employees and reduces pollution to environment.

Corporate culture of trust, criterion and innovation

Trust, as the restrict to moral mode, is necessity for our staff, while criterion and innovation is our principle. It is the corporate culture of trust, criterion and innovation that attracts many outstanding people to come together to work for a better Unitedmetaltek.

Green dream

Unitedmetaltek takes the responsibility for environment protection. Our product was certified as Green Product by IFCE and energy Saving Product by OPET. Now, we expect to promote Unitedmetaltek's development through the Green Dream project, for which Unitedmetaltek has established a environment protection department to maintain, so that we are able to meet their demand with more good product and better service, meanwhile, more energy-efficiency measures and environment protection education for the staff have been taken in Unitedmetaltek.
